"LA NATIVE TORY DIPIETRO, IS DISTRUPTING THE WORLD OF NEON WITH HER ORIGNAL DESIGNS AND IMAGINATIVE GLOWING ART"
DiPietro’s connection to neon was instant when she began in Spring 2017. The life purpose, excitement and challenge of the work made Tory feel at right at home. Forever in a state of learning and curiosity, DiPietro enjoys the layers and depth of the medium. Tory’s gentle and honest spirit shine through her creations. Common themes around women’s empowerment and being a good neighbor (Be Nice or Fucking Leave) leave audiences uplifted and craving more.
As of 2018, Tory’s work has been highlighted across Los Angeles including One One Six Two gallery, private art shows at Sowden House, Saved By The Max (recognized as the #1 pop up museum in the U.S. by People Magazine & Forbes), Hitman Coffee Shop, and more. Her 2017 piece ‘Nasty Woman’ debuted a world wide merchandise collection with The Ball And Chain Co. Showtime licensed two works for an upcoming docu-series. And she has created custom permanent installations for Pacifica Cosmetics, Netflix, and other major brands, all in the first year of finding her craft.
When speaking to DiPietro you might find yourself getting emotional or a case of the goosebumps from time to time. She has an inspiring background of overcoming hardship and loss and her appreciation for finding her place in the world glows as brightly as the art she creates.
